GRADE 4A ASSEMBLY - "THREADS OF UNITY, FABRIC OF INDIA" - Quami Ekta Diwas

"True strength lies in unity, true wisdom in compassion, and true greatness in humility."

"Quami Ekta Diwas, also known as National Integration Day, was conducted with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit in our school through an assembly by 4A. The assembly aimed to spread the message of unity, harmony, and brotherhood among all students.."

The assembly began with the morning prayer, followed by the thought of the day, which highlighted the importance of standing together as one nation despite our diverse cultures, religions, and languages. The anchors then introduced the significance of Quami Ekta Diwas, explaining that this day commemorates India's rich heritage of unity in diversity and encourages every citizen to uphold national integration.

This was followed by a special presentation on the week-long celebration of Quami Ekta Week, where students shared information on the various thematic days such as National Integration Day, Welfare of Minorities Day, Linguistic Harmony Day, Cultural Unity Day, Women's Day and World Conservation Day.

Students presented a dance showcasing how people of different communities—Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian and others—live together peacefully and contribute to India's progress. The assembly concluded with the national integration pledge.

The Coordinator Ms. Jyoti Rajpurohit addressed the gathering, appreciating the efforts of the teachers and the students for spreading such a meaningful message. She encouraged everyone to practice tolerance, kindness, and unity in their everyday lives.
