Independence Day Assembly

The school campus was adorned in the vibrant hues of the tricolour, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and national pride.

The celebration began with the flag hoisting ceremony, conducted by the Principal, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem. The sound of “Jana Gana Mana” resonated across the campus, evoking a sense of unity and devotion to the nation.

As part of the special assembly, students from the four houses — Explorers, Pioneers, Challengers, and Voyagers — participated in an enthralling Inter-House Dance Competition titled “Surtaal Sangam.” Each performance beautifully showcased India’s rich cultural diversity, blending classical, folk, and contemporary styles to depict the spirit of freedom and unity in diversity.

The celebration also featured soul-stirring patriotic songs and heartfelt poem recitations, which filled the air with emotion and pride. Through their performances, the students paid homage to the sacrifices of the nation’s freedom fighters and reflected on the values of courage, peace, and perseverance that define India’s journey.

In her address, the Principal lauded the students for their spirited participation and highlighted the true meaning of freedom—responsibility, respect, and service towards the nation. She encouraged students to uphold the ideals of integrity, empathy, and hard work in all that they do.

The event concluded on a note of pride and reflection, as the audience joined together in patriotic chants, celebrating the unity and diversity that make India truly remarkable. The day stood as a fitting tribute to the nation’s glorious past, its vibrant present, and its promising future—a perfect blend of reverence and celebration that left everyone inspired.
