Class Assembly 6D

The students of Class 6D conducted their class assembly on the thought-provoking topic “India’s Unity in Diversity”. The event began with the morning prayer, followed by the National Pledge, Thought of the Day, Word of the Day, and News updates, setting a meaningful tone for the presentation.

The introduction conveyed that despite regional differences in language, costume, and music, India stands united through its rich cultural heritage. Students highlighted how festivals, seasons, legends, and traditions together form a vital part of our national identity.

The focus of the assembly was a special presentation on the diverse classical and folk dance forms of India, showcasing how each dance reflects regional richness while promoting a shared cultural heritage. Students introduced dance forms such as Bharatanatyam from Tamil Nadu, Kathak from Uttar Pradesh, and Ghoomar from Rajasthan.

The assembly concluded with intriguing facts about India’s cultural diversity, leaving everyone with a deeper appreciation of how the country’s differences come together to form a harmonious and unified identity.
