Induction and Training Program

National Public School East welcomed its vibrant team of teachers for a three-week long ‘Induction and Training Program’ that was enlightening and fortifying. Teachers actively participated in various workshops that added value to their Professional and Personal competencies. The workshops were conducted under the able guidance of the Principal and the team of Mentors.

The team spirit of NPS amply depicted the philosophy of ‘UBANTU’ which means “I am because we are”. It is true that you can succeed the best and quickest by helping others to succeed, be it the peer group or students. It is in such an environment that the student flourishes the most. The Training Program helped the teachers in honing their skills, enabling them to transition into the phase of implementation, in sync with the vision of National Public School East.
