World Environment Day 2023

Apart from the origin, history, and futuristic events revolving around the current theme “Solutions to Plastic Pollution”, interesting facts were also communicated to raise awareness about the state of our planet Earth.

In addition, practical tips were shared with students, to prompt them to take individual as well as collective action. As a symbolic gesture of collaboration to work towards a better planet, two student volunteers, along with the Principal, potted a sapling, and took a pledge along with the rest of the students and Teachers to plant new saplings and become crusaders in the campaign to protect the planet.

Environmental issues can be successfully addressed on a larger scale, only with teamwork and fraternization. By coming together to address these issues, we can create a better future for not just ourselves but the future generations as well.
